“Hello everyone! Let me introduce myself first. I am Brian Young Sieger but often shortened as Brian Young, I'm used as 'Ian' for my nick name. I was born in Lucerne, Switzerland, on the 10th June in 1993. I lived in Lucerne for five years but moved at the age of six to Toronto, Canada. I finished elementary and middle school just like an ordinary kid, but my high school life went a little upside down when my mom told me to move back to Switzerland, in all of a sudden.Mom, I'm almost done with my 11th grade. Why are we moving?But okay, I wasn't mad either, just a bit confused. I surely moved from town to town since I was little because of my mom's work, but I quite enjoyed it. Years later, I finished my Master Degree in École Hôtelière de Lausanne and got lots of job offers. I'm just lucky because of my mom. But before I went serious with my life, I've once planned to move to Japan. Crazy, but that was one of my dream. I like the technology and robots. And Sushi, goddamn it, there's nothing better than Sushi in this world! Japanese girls are also a thing, if you know what I mean. Anyway, seems like that dream will remain as a dream because of my mom. She's totally overreacting and scared that I won't be able to adapt.A country you don't know the culture and the language you don't speak as good as your mother language.She's kind of overprotective, but okay. At least I need to get out of here. Well, that's what I've thought before my mom introduced me to Mr. Christopher, an important man to the hospitality world. Mr. Christopher and I met for the first time when I was still on the 12th grade, and it was crazy. But my life went even crazier after my college life ended. But I did never regret the path I choose. Have you seen me on TV? I look damn handsome. You will fall for me once you see me with your own eyes. Okay no, just kidding. Born as an only child, Brian Young was born in Lucerne, Switzerland on the 10th June in 1993. People usually call him Ian for short. He’s a mix of Swiss and Korean since his mother comes from Lucerne and his father is pure Korean. He speaks four languages which are German, Swiss-german, English and a little bit of Korean.Honestly, Ian was well known as a lazy boy when he was still in high school. Before his college life began, Ian and his mother were apart since he was still a baby. Ian’s mother lived in California while he had to attend High School in Lucerne. But what was Mrs. Young’s job till she had to leave Ian when he still needed his mother? She became a CEO of Accor at the age of 33.Though she works for Accor, Ian is now in charge to take care of a few Conrad Hotels around the world, which includes London, Chicago, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Dubai, and Bali. To be clear, he’s the General Manager. At first he didn’t really want to work under Hilton Worldwide since his mother is the CEO of Accor, a different company, but what could he do when the President, Mr. Christopher, asked him to take care of a few of his hotels personally? Mr. Christopher isn’t just an ordinary President, but Hilton Worldwide’s President. How could Ian even reject an offer from someone like him? Of course he was a bit confused at first. He just finished his Master Degree a few months ago, now look what kind of offer he got? It’s somehow amazing yet terrifying. He was a little bit afraid to manage six hotels at once but time passed, and he learned a lot of new things which he didn’t really get while studying in Ecole Hotelier, Lausanne.Now he’s one of the richest 29 years young man around the world. It’s not because he’s a General Manager for six hotels, but the way he manages the hotels, the revenue, the costs, the profits and loss, as well as the responsibility he takes. Ian is well known as a brave young man who isn’t afraid of loss, and someone who's always able to get up from reductions.

Brian had several girlfriends before and he adored them all, but there was only one girl he was really in love with. Rosie. She was more than someone he could ever wish for, but sadly he never had the chance to ask her to be his girlfriend. The way she cared for him although she was just like a little girl to Brian, not matured and much of a clumsy girl, the way Rosie was when she told him her stories about her recent crush or even exes, and also the way Rosie looks at him when she’s eating. Well, a bit weird. And Brian loved it once Rosie shows up in his home, opening the fridge and just yell all over the house, asking for food.“Bro I need food. Cook me something delicious! I’m so hungry that I could eat you up!”Brian just wished that she would do that for real. But let's get it real, how did they even met when Brian was an all-alone man and disliked crowded places? Because Rosie is just the opposite of him, the girl who loves parties and crowded places.It was 2018 and near to New Years evening, Sunday night, the lights on the streets were off since the clock showed 10 PM. It's Beverly Hills, what did you expect? And Brian was on his way to buy Subway Sub because he was just too lazy to cook. Subway is usually open until 9 PM but that night, Brian was just in dire to eat at least 3 Subs. So he called the owner of the Subway in Beverly Hills, asking him to make 3 special Subs. Of course there will be a special reward for all the staffs. What did you expect from a Brian Young? He does anything to fulfil his hungry desire.Unfortunately, Brian had unfinished works to do so he called Subway again, asking them to prepare the Subs at 11. He'll be late, and of course the rewards will be given twice. As he finished his works, there was nothing that could stop him from Subway. The clock showed 11 PM and the streets were even emptier. As he arrived, his mouth began to water, imagining the delicous sub in his mouth. The door-shield of the restaurant showed closed but the lights were still on.“Yo guys, I'm sorry for keeping you away from home. I'm literally starving!” Brian said, while entering the restaurant.The staffs were only laughing while showing the finger money gesture, which means as long as you pay us with bugs, we'll do anything for you. Brian knew that he could count on his guys. He picked up his subs and went straight to the cashier to pay, twice, and for each staffs.“Thank you. I love you all. I'm gonna do this often.” said Brian jokingly while leaving the restaurant.He went inside his car again and started to eat out his subs, when all of a sudden, a girl showed up in a short white dress while dancing and singing. Of course Brian stopped eating and started to watch that young lady, dancing to her own voice. ‛What the hell is she doing there?’The girl was indeed beautiful. Long hair, small legs, chubby cheeks, yet still tiny, but maybe a bit tall. She might be shoulder tall when standing next to Brian. He slowly pulled down the window of his car. Glad that he picked dark tempered glass as his window so the girl won't see him. He could clearly hear that she sung A Whole New World while dancing to her own voice. Her voice was indeed sweet and soft, her dance was like the dance of a Ballerina, just a bit cooler. But still, Brian did wonder what the girl was doing in the middle of the night, so he slowly opened the door and approached her, but he was still mesmerized.“Hey? Are you okay?”, Brian asked, and the girl stopped but she didn't look back. She only stopped and showed her side-face. “So, do I look crazy to you? I'm all good anyway. Thank you, sir.” and there she started singing again,“A whole new world, a new fantastic point of view..”

Brian was a little confused with the girl, the way she responed. As if she knew that someone would ask here. “Wait!”, Brian yelled. “Aren't you afraid of walking all alone? I mean, it's Beverly Hills. And it's almost past midnight. I don't know you but I can drive you. You're Korean, right?”She froze as she heard him asking unbelievable questions, but giggles were heard afterwards. “Alright then..?” She paused and made a questionable face. “Your name?”Brian froze for a while when he realized she asked a question. “Brian.”, he answered.“Alright, Brian. First thing you have to know is that I'm not scared, not even a tiny bit. The second thing is, it's only fifteen minutes past eleven so it ain't midnight, yet. I appreciate your offer but I'd rather walk because the air is just super cold but I love it and it's refreshing, I'm also for holiday here so I don't have a home. And the third thing is, I am Rosie. R-o-s-i-e. Not Korean. But I come from Korea.” said Rosie playfully. “How did you know anyway?”Brian started to smile, finding the girl, whose name is Rosie, quite interesting. “Okay, you're Rosie and you come from Korea. I knew because your accent is just too obvious, and it's quite rare seeing a Korean walking around all alone, and it's exciting. So let me walk you to your hotel, perhaps? And.. ehm, I.. I have two subs left. Hungry?”Rosie shaked her head heavily. “No thanks. I'm all good. Actually I just ate one sub from Subway two hours ago but I sat there, on the corner.” She pointed two blocks away. “Do you see it? It's a nice spot. It was like I was shooting a Korean drama, sitting below a street-tree and a hanging lamp while eating. The only thing who's missing is Lee Minho coming out of nowhere to save me from a weird drunk man.”She giggled again and so did Brian. “Interesting story, Rosie. But what if I am the missing Lee Minho?”“Nah, I doubt that.” She laughed. “Anyway what are you doing here?” she asked him back. “Me? I live a few blocks away...” Brian pointed with his finger. “Anyway... mind to tell me about yourself? My life isn't interesting enough after all.”Rosie nodded. “Yeah, I can see that from your face, that you're not really interesting. But my life is. I'm here for holiday, and today is actually the last day before I return to Korea and go back to school on Tuesday. That's why I danced and sung like crazy. I have to enjoy my last day here.”Brian did nod because Rosie stopped walking. Seems like they were staying in front of a hotel, but there he realized something.. “Wait what? Go back to school?! You're still a kid?! But you just called me Brian, and stated that my face looks uninteresting! The disrespect! You should have called me oppa, young lady.”Rosie laughed jokingly when he heard Brian protesting. “Keep dreaming, bro.” She smiled and handed Brian a ripped paper. “You can have my number and text me once you head off to Korea. My mom makes the best jjajangmyeon, oppa.”And there she disappeared in between the circular glass door. Brian knew that the girl he just met, Rosie, was much more than special. Anyway... when did she write down her number on a piece of paper?

- Ian ain't bipolar. He is the 'always happy' man and has the 'I do whatever I want. You can't prohibit me.' personality.
- Once he feels like annoying a certain person, he will annoy that certain person for a lifetime.Diffident.
- He is shy and actually very sensitive. He's really shy when it comes to love stories, though he had several girlfriends in his life.
- Talking about feelings, he's kind of weak, but hates admitting it. Of course, which man wants to admit that? But he's a very likable, easy going, and good-matured person with love for people. He will do anything to avoid friction among others.Spontaneous, happy-go-lucky, and expressive.
- Ian likes to see people happy and go out of their way to create harmony among them.
- He could have musical or artistic talents, but finds it difficult to concentrate his efforts in one area long enough to accomplish anything. Also, playing the guitar and bass is another hobby beside cooking. He has a thing for jazz.
- He's also someone who finds it difficult to discipline his desires and emotional feelings.

Ian is a little too obsessive and clingy, but he never shows.
- He finds it embarrassing to show what feeling her currently has. Some people even think he doesn't care at all. But fact: He's just too shy to admit.
- It’s kinda risky to get involved with a man like him.
- “Come here, princess.” You’re his dinner, for tonight. But not really, it's just his whole imagination but he wants to say kinky things once he found someone.Hella kinky.
- Has a huge kink for elder women, especially when the woman owns a fierce face expression. To be clear, he doesn't like cute women unless it's Nana.
- Is a flirt-machine but it's because he loves to make people smile and feel adored, nothing more.
- May look very friendly, humble, warm, and smiles a lot but once you’re alone with him, you will see the man in him you have never seen before.

Christian Grey is his nickname.
- Would wrap your body with his towel but opens it right away once you get into his bedroom.
- Would take you to a simple date to Sushi Tei because he’s actually a simple man who’s craving for real love yet, Ian isn't ready if it's about getting married. Though he craves for a cute baby, he's just afraid he won't be good enough as a husband. He still needs to learn a lot.The always-hungry person.
- He really loves to cook. His dream was to become a chef, but he realized that cooking is just a hobby, not a career. Neverthless, he never stopped doing what he loves to do, and since he loves food so much, he never stopped cooking too. And that's exactly the reason why he has become so good through the past years. His current dream right now is to join Hell's Kitchen or something smoother, like Masterchef. He really hopes that dream will come to reality one day.

Those above are Ian's characters. Little did people know about the real side of a Brian Young, the childish, kinky, and chatty side. As long as you're not close to him, he will remain as the quiet man who's busy with his own world.

There are a lot of things that people don't know about a Brian Young. Actually, they know nothing about him, because he reveals his true side only to his family and close friends. Everyone knows him as the quiet, yet gracious and kind young man, and maybe a little bit too flirty.
